Parents/Guardians,
Sage Elementary School in conjunction with the Lions Club will be conducting our annual free vision screening for all Sage students on Friday, October 25th during school hours.

If you do want your student to be screened, you have nothing more to do.

If you do not want your student to be screened, please send me an email stating you do not want your
child screened.
